Updated application documents and the labeling check sheet
We reviewed the templates used for certification applications and the labeling check sheet used to verify product representations, and reorganized their fields. The order of items and the entry examples were updated so applicants can submit product, ingredient, manufacturing-control and labeling information in clearly separated sections.
This work aims to improve consistency in our review and to make it easier to cross-check submitted documents against information published on the web. The templates are for organizing information and do not accommodate any pharmaceutical efficacy claims.
